1. Store Operator and Scope

xnaruto (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website. These terms apply to your use of our online store and purchases made through it, along with the product details and policies shown before checkout.

2. Using the Store

When using the store, provide complete and accurate contact, payment, and delivery details. You must be legally able to place an order or, if required, have permission from a parent or guardian.

Do not use the store for unlawful purposes or fraudulent purchases, disrupt its operation, or access systems or information without authorization.

3. Products and Information

Before placing an order, check the product description, size details, materials, and care instructions. Colors may look different depending on your device or display settings. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective, materially differs from its description, or was sent by mistake.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product details, pricing, and availability accurate. If an error affects your order, we will explain the issue and the available options. We will not replace an item with a different product or charge you an additional amount without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will let you know and refund any payment collected for the items we cannot provide.

4. Prices and Payment

The store and checkout display the applicable price and currency. Any applicable taxes and the total amount due are shown before you pay.

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. The payment methods available for your purchase appear at checkout. Payments are handled through the payment providers offered there.

5. Orders and Delivery

We currently deliver only to addresses in the United States. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, with estimated carrier transit of 5–10 business days after dispatch. These timeframes are estimates and do not guarantee a delivery date. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.

To request an address correction, order change, or cancellation, email hello@xnaruto.com as soon as possible. We will check whether the request can be completed before dispatch. If your order has already shipped, our Return and Refund Policy applies.

6. Returns and Refunds

You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days of delivery. We pay the return shipping cost and do not charge a restocking or return handling fee.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know the result. If the return is approved, we will start the refund to your original payment method within 15 business days of the inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.

7. Shopify and Privacy

Shopify hosts this store. When you browse or purchase through it, Shopify processes information to provide its commerce and related services. Shopify and other service providers may process information in countries outside your own.

8. Website Materials and Third Parties

Materials on this website may be protected by intellectual property rights held by us or by third parties. Buying a product does not transfer any of those rights. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

A link to another service does not, by itself, mean that we are affiliated with or endorsed by that service. Before using an external service, review its applicable terms and privacy notice.

9. Problems, Legal Rights, and Changes

If you have an issue with the website or an order, contact us so we can look into it and work toward a resolution. These terms do not exclude or restrict consumer rights, statutory warranties, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

We may revise these terms for future use of the store. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the terms and policies shown when you place an order will continue to apply to that purchase. We will provide notice of material changes when required.
